HBA Real Estate Agent

Houston Buyer Agents Offer Buyers Conflict-Free Representation

We EXCLUSIVELY represent home buyers, never sellers. Our Houston Buyer Agents Company (HBA) is a real estate agency member of the professional organizations shown below.  More information is available at each link provided.

The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) www.naeba.org

As exclusive buyer representatives and members of NAEBA, we are committed to offer our buyer clients a higher level of commitment and service than “Intermediary” agency which is commonly offered in Texas. At our Company you are a CLIENT and not a CUSTOMER.  Here is the list of common law fiduciary responsibilities that a real estate agent representing you SHOULD provide:

  • Obedience

  • Loyalty

  • Disclosure

  • Confidentiality

  • Accounting

  • Reasonable Care

To learn about how “Intermediary” agency reduces the common law fiduciary responsibilities of a real estate agent in Texas and therefore is NOT in your best interest as a consumer, refer to this blog:

At Houston Buyer Agents, all we do is represent home buyers, and we are professional members of

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or someone who has bought multiple homes you’ll find the experience of working with HBA agents who are dedicated to being your advocate to be a different home buying experience.

We are available to help in the following ways:

  • To help you locate the right property to meet your criteria

  • To help you refine your financing options and offer references to qualified mortgage professionals.

  • To show you all available properties* – including a comparative analysis and send you home search updates to meet your home search requirements.

  • To help you negotiate with the seller for the best terms and price for the property you would like to buy.

  • We attend property inspections WITH our clients to determine if there are any issues that need to be renegotiated in the contract.  If issues are listed in the inspection report, then we assist you in renegotiating the purchase contract within the option period in the contract.

  • We review the Closing Disclosure provided to you by the title company and mortgage lenders with you prior to signing the final Closing Disclosure document to protect your interest by being sure that there are no changes or errors.

  • We attend closings with you when final documents are signed in case you have questions.

When you are interested in speaking with a licensed real estate agent about buying a property in the Houston area, we are available by phone (281-486-4649) and we offer a no-obligation consultation.
