What is an Exclusive Buyer's Agent?

 

An Exclusive Buyer's Agent is a Real Estate agent that specializes in representing home buyers in all phases of the transaction. They work for an office that does not list homes for sale, so they never have anything to "sell" you but their specialized knowledge and expertise in assisting home buyers.

 

Don't be fooled into thinking that the listing agent of that house you have found is looking out for your best interests. THEY REPRESENT THE SELLER, NOT YOU. Even if their office assigns a subagent, they still represent the seller. They owe loyalty to the seller. Their job is to get the seller the highest price and the best terms.  As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, our job is to get YOU, the BUYER, the lowest possible price and the best terms while protecting your interests.
