 Homebuyer’s-Team provides EXCLUSIVE representation of residential buyers.  Unlike traditional agents we do NOT list properties, we work ONLY with one party (as I would expect from a CPA or attorney who only represent one client) for  the best  interest of the CLIENT without regard to  whether Texas real estate licensing laws allow  “intermediary” or another form of “agency” which  allows real estate agents and their companies or “teams” to “represent” both buyers and sellers in the same transaction.
